Our firm had specific experience:

• Advised one of the most important cable operators of Romania in respect of the consolidation of its position on the market in the central area of the country, by means of the acquisition of control over few major cable operators
• Advised a major Austrian company active in food industry, with respect to the acquisition of the Romanian entity minority shareholders participations
• Represented one of the world's largest construction company in the entire process of acquisition (negotiation of the transaction documents, assisting and representing the client in front of Romanian authorities) of the factory held by a Romanian group.
